Common questions
How do I cancel or change Drobe Pro?
Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Drobe. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Drobe Pro but the app doesn't show it.
Check that you are signed in to the Drobe account and the Apple ID you used to buy it. Then tap Restore on the Drobe Pro screen. If Pro still doesn't show, email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your wardrobe, photos, try-ons and chats from our servers. You can also email us from your account's address and ask us to delete it.
A piece was cut out wrong or is missing.
The AI gets most pieces right, but not all of them. It works best on photos where the clothes are clearly visible and not covered. Try adding the piece again on its own with the camera, or email us the details so we can look into it.
Which photos does Drobe upload?
Only the photos you take, pick or approve. The search for photos of you in your library runs on your iPhone. Pinterest pins you save are never sent to any AI service. The Privacy Policy has the details.
I can't sign in.
Sign in the same way you signed up: with email, Apple or Google. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If you still can't sign in, email us.
